What this form is for

Three things, mainly. First, corrections: a phone number that has changed, a restaurant that has reopened, a service closure that has been lifted. Second, gaps: something a visitor to Calgary needed to know that this guide does not currently cover. Third, messages from the venues themselves — if you work at one of the properties described here and a figure is wrong, tell us and it will be treated as a primary source.

What it is not for

This form cannot book a hotel room, reserve a table, buy a concert ticket or check availability. Nobody here can see a venue's reservation system. Every property page carries the venue's own telephone number and website, and those are the only routes that will get you a room. Requests for paid placement, link exchanges or sponsored mentions will not be answered; the about page explains why.

Response times, honestly

This is a small editorial project rather than a company with a support desk. Straightforward corrections are usually handled within a few days. Longer questions may take longer, and some messages — particularly commercial approaches — will not get a reply at all. Nothing you send is passed to any venue, added to a mailing list or used for advertising.

For anything urgent about a stay, a booking or a show, contact the property directly. Their numbers are on the venues page and on each venue's own profile.
